Buoyancy Ratings

Baku Baits provides various plastic formulations of selected colors of each bait with varying buoyancy properties. This enables the fisherman to further refine the fall rate of the bait for specific ‘presentations’ according to rigging and the respective target cover. Fall rates are identified by a letter (A – D) after the lure identification number (e.g. GecoMite 123-A) The letter ID is defined as follows:

(A) Very Slow Fall / Top Water,
(B) Slow – Normal Fall,
(C) Medium Fast Fall,
(D) Fast Fall.
